    Knowit’s recruiters see LinkedIn’s tools as providing a hassle-free way to attract candidates, meaning they can find, engage and deliver top candidates to their clients more quickly. According to Samm, LinkedIn has allowed Knowit to reach multiple candidates as quickly as possible: “Linkedin Jobs …has proved to be an invaluable source for sourcing candidates for our clients.”

  • Building client relationships

    One of Knowit’s core values is that honesty is the best policy, and using LinkedIn statistics they are able to provide extra transparency to their clients to truly build a relationship based on trust. Not only can they provide additional expertise and visibility into the talent market but they can also manage clients’ expectations: “It provides us with all the resources we need when we discuss with clients why a role is a difficult search, as we are able to show them LinkedIn statistics.” Additionally Knowit use “LinkedIn to see what companies are hiring and in turn it gives us a great list of leads.”
