Mario Martinez Jr. is the RVP of Sales for ECS West Area at PGi (NYSE: PGI). He is responsible for managing all sales activities & customer satisfaction within the Enterprise, Public Sector & SMB in the West. Mario is a winning sales leader and culture architect with critical accomplishments in transforming small, medium and Fortune 100 sales teams to exemplary performance. He has managed revenues of up to $300M and is well known for his leadership and turn around team expertise, along with his unique business and marketing planning capabilities. In addition, he is a Motivational Speaker and Social Selling Expert with a LinkedIn Social Selling Index (SSI) score of 99 out of 100! As a Speaker he teaches, trains, motivates sales leaders and teams on how to take themselves to the next level & develop a CEO Mindset in managing their business. Mario received his BA in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of CA. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two sons.
