What’s new in this product release
Contact Creation in CRM
Create a Contact record in CRM directly from a Sales Navigator Lead Page or Lead List. This new functionality is aimed at streamlining the activities between Sales Navigator and CRM. This feature is available to Sales Navigator Enterprise contracts. Note: Support for Dynamics CRM coming soon.
Smart Links
Easily package and share content via link created in Sales Navigator which will track viewing behavior, and gain insights on what your prospects and customers are most interested in. The feature is available to Sales Navigator Enterprise and Teams contracts.
Search Enhancements
Users can share lead searches with colleagues so everyone can tap into the value of their search. Users will be able to save their favorite account search to revisit in the future and be automatically notified when a new account matches their search criteria.
New Saved
Account Alert
“Your saved account is preparing to grow” indicates upcoming headcount growth based on an increase in job postings from your saved account
Homepage Enhancements
All Account Funding News Alerts will now open into a panel that slides out from the right side of the homepage, allowing you to view the article without leaving Sales Navigator.
Users will be able to send an InMail to saved leads, using the call-to-action button within the panel.

Reporting Refresh
Now ramping to Teams edition customers. For more details on the refresh, please review the Usage Reporting tip sheet.
Mobile App
In addition to English, the Sales Navigator mobile app is rolling out to all product supported languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish).
Business Intelligence - a New SNAP Integration
With InsightSquared, users and admins will be able to access Sales Navigator usage data and make better decisions with actionable, real-time intelligence on sales and marketing KPIs. This feature is available to Enterprise contracts.
Coming changes
In order to move with the changing needs and behaviors of our customers and users, we will refocus our teams on adding more valuable features to Sales Navigator. As a result, you will notice a recent simplification of the SSI page that removes the “Weekly SSI” and “Team Leaderboard” sections, as well as the sunset of Sales Navigator for Gmail plugin on March 18, 2020.
