Get to know projects in Recruiter Lite
What’s a project? It’s like a workspace for the role you’re recruiting for. Projects help you stay organized by keeping your searches, messages, and candidates all in one place.
And with this latest update to Recruiter Lite, projects give you personalized candidate recommendations based on the roles you’re searching for.
5 ways you can use Projects to save time when hiring:
Run enhanced searches within projects.
As soon as you create a project, a candidate search is automatically created for you to help jump-start your hiring. From there, you can easily refine and save your search — all within the project.

Get recommendations based on your searches.
Access a daily list of up to 25 candidate recommendations in the “Recommended Matches” section of your project.
Recommended Matches are based on your search and message activity and improve over time as you take more actions in your project (like saving and hiding candidates).

Share profiles with your team for feedback.
Select which candidate profiles you want to share, click “Share for review,” and then type in the name of each teammate.
Each teammate only needs a LinkedIn profile to provide feedback — no Recruiter Lite subscription required. And you can access their feedback on the Recruiter Lite homepage or directly on a candidate’s profile.
