- Collaborate with clients and understand their asset management needs

- Develop, organise, and maintain portfolios, both internally and for external clients
Responsibilities
- Monitor the client’s portfolio periodically through strategic asset tracking
- Dive into the current investment market and study the latest trends in terms of its RoI, shortcomings, risks and benefits
- Be available to the clients, in person and by calls, to provide guidance on fund management
- Document and prepare detailed paperwork for the clients about their current assets, active and passive funds and overall asset management status
- Review the asset management and make changes and tweaks to the investments as and when required
- Liaise with auditors, property managers, income tax executives and other professionals on matters relating to the client’s asset management
- Analyse and predict future economic trends and how they will affect the financial asset management of the client
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Strong knowledge of financial management or modelling and understanding of financial regulations
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Certification in public accounting or as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Prior experience working as an asset manager or in a similar role
- Master’s degree in Finance, or an MBA
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in working both independently and as a part of a team
