Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day activities in the office
- Record all the office data and maintain the databases and documentation of the same
- Deal with customer complaints and bring them to the attention of the stakeholders if required
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Work on activities such as performing market research and processing this research data as a backend executive
- Schedule appointments, organise staff meetings and update calendars based on the same
- Assist with inventory control and keep track of the stockpile and supplies
Required skills and qualifications
