Objectives of this role

Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and access points.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a network technician, IT specialist or in a network installation and maintenance role.
Knowledge of enterprise networking, including VLANs, quality of service (QoS), and wireless networking (802.11 standards).
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and other network equipment.
