Over this time his responsibility has grown from 1 sales person to over 50 sales people. And his revenue responsibility has increase from single digit millions to over 9 figures in revenue. Ubaldo has won numerous sales awards including "Manager of the World in 2014" ANSYS' top leadership award. Prior to coming to ANSYS he worked for PTC and Agile Software now a part of Oracle.

    Ubaldo and Sandy will demonstrate how ANSYS uses the Social Selling Index to on-board new sales professionals, keep them motivated and report success metrics up the chain. They also use SSI metrics to recognize team members who excel and identify sales regions or team members where additional coaching may be needed.
