LinkedIn Elevate Alerts in
Receive an Alert in Sales Navigator when your company posts content to
Elevate for employees to share. Showcase your expertise by publishing that content to your own professional network directly from Sales Navigator.
List Sharing Enhancements
More easily work on overlapping leads and accounts, as well as seamlessly transition accounts to new people and teams. When you receive a shared list, you can make a copy to save it as your own with editing permissions, or simply bulk save all the leads from the shared list.
Connect & Save
You can choose to save a person as a lead when you send them a connection request from Sales Navigator.
Search Limit Increase
Lead and Account search results are increasing from 1,000 to 2,500 profiles or accounts for better, broader results.
Find who you’re looking for with the ability to sort Leads on name, geography, or account and Accounts on name or geography.
See who is currently online on LinkedIn.com, a clear signal that right now is a great time to reach out.
Help Center Redesign
Easily access Help via new shortcuts, including recommended topics, contact options, and a “sticky” search bar that scrolls with you as you navigate the Help Center.
Usage Reporting Fix
In August 2019, we are fixing a discrepancy in Usage Reporting around Unique Connections. Impacted accounts can expect to see a dip in count of all Unique Connections. For more details contact your LinkedIn representative.
Alerts and Sales Navigator Coach are now front and center to provide you with key insights on your saved leads and accounts, and guidance on how to use Sales Navigator to its fullest potential.
It’s now easier than ever to get in touch with the Sales Navigator support team with the “Chat with Us” button now available throughout the site. This is currently available in English only.
Global Community Access
Now available in all supported languages, including groups to connect and support Sales Navigator Administrators. To get started, check out the new experience under “featured groups” in the Community now.
