Carrie Seifer is President, Digital, Data & Technology at Mediavest USA. In her role, Seifer leads a team of digital and adtech experts across digital partnership strategy and negotiations, programmatic, and technology solutions. Based in New York, Seifer is a member of Mediavest’s executive leadership team and reports to Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Kramer. Seifer is at the helm of Mediavest’s agency-of-the-future mission for digital, programmatic, data, and technology-enabled experiences and partnerships. She is responsible for the integration of programmatic technology, talent, and operations in order to improve Mediavest’s value proposition for clients. A 20-year digital industry veteran, Seifer has led teams and advertisers into the digital age by developing ad tech, products, and partnerships that create scalable ROI while not frustrating users.
