Shaun Broughton

Shaun Broughton, Head of Relationship Management for LinkedIn is building a customer centric, values driven, high performing sales team for the Sales Solutions business in Australia and New Zealand. Drawing on his past experiences running sales and marketing teams to coach, guide and compete while helping them to achieve their professional and personal goals. 

Shaun previously has spent 7 years at Microsoft in a number of positions most recently National Sales Manager helping market and sell all of Microsoft’s consumer products through the retail, online and distribution channels. While at Microsoft Shaun was also responsible for the channel go to market plans for Windows Phone in APAC. Having also spent 5 years of his career in a number of small startups in the USA he has developed a keen understanding of the importance of great products, great leaders and customer focused, value driven organizations.
