The Most Popular LinkedIn Recruiting Articles of 2016

December 30, 2016

It seems like 2016 has gotten a bad rap (deservedly or not) and everybody is looking to 2017 with anticipation. Right now is the perfect time kick the unpleasant memories and focus on what’s been great about this year and what you want to take into the next.

For recruiters 2016 has been a busy one -- hiring volume was up for many companies and (not a shocker) most of you had to face this with flat budgets. From incredibly fun and heart-warming ways to welcome new hires to the fold, to shaking up hiring norms and casting aways terms like “culture fit” in order to embrace the more diversity-friendly “culture add.”

Those are just a few of the inspiring stories stories that we featured on the LinkedIn Talent Blog and I am eager to share with you the full list of articles that really made a difference for you and were our most read pieces for 2016.
