Teresa (Tere) Traub is the Executive Director of Enterprise Learning Solutions (ELS) and International for Kaplan Higher and Professional Education. She oversees the B-to-B outreach and ELS admissions teams leading efforts around strategic relationships for the University focusing specifically on partnership development. She is also responsible for increasing the international student population for Kaplan University. Tere joined Kaplan in 2009.

Prior to joining Kaplan, she served as Global Account Director for The Forum Corporation, a global learning and development firm specializing in strategy execution. There, Tere partnered with Fortune 500 clients to understand their business challenges and evaluate the skills gaps of their employees. Tere also worked at Xerox in the outsourcing division and held positions such as Director of Business Services for Xerox China and Regional Marketing Manager for Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa and was tasked with building the business.

Tere earned a B.A. in English and Spanish from Rutgers College and an International MBA from the Moore School of Business of the University of South Carolina. Tere is fluent in Spanish.
