I'm responsible for leading the Citrix SaaS Division's overarching product readiness efforts for sales and care, gap filling revenue and retention programs, learning and development efforts, and onboarding programs for a global sales organization of 300 account executives and a global customer care organization of 180 agents. My team of 16 works daily with Marketing, Sales, and Product senior leaders on product, go to market, demand generation, sales execution, and customer care imperatives.

By tracking key data sets related to program bookings, tNPS results, ramp, content usage, and global reach we are able to experiment, diagnose, and pivot quickly in order to service our internal customers in innovative ways.
