I started my sales/management career at Xerox, then moved into technology & services sales. When I started my consultancy, the initial focus was on helping B2B companies jumpstart sales of their new products/services. As an early pioneer in sales enablement, we leveraged buyer personas to create sales tools, value propositions, playbooks and training that shortened time-to-revenue for our clients.
