I head the Global Sales Operations team for Sales Solutions.  I serve as the Chief of Staff for the Global Head of Sales and as the "COO" for the business unit. I manage strategic programs, account prioritization strategy, annual headcount planning, forecasting, sales policies, incentive design and analytical capacity for all global regions through a group of talented sales operations managers.
