THE CHALLENGE

Building AI skills at speed and scale

Keyloop powers the dealer management and retail software behind the automotive industry in more than 90 countries. As AI changes both how people buy and service cars and how Keyloop’s own engineers build products, building AI capability is now a competitive priority.

When Keyloop gave employees access to Microsoft Copilot and Claude, leaders expected a productivity lift. What they found instead was uneven adoption and scattered pockets upskilling. Some teams were already using AI; others had barely started. And across the business, there was no shared view of what effective AI usage looked like. As L&D Manager Lenny Deverill-West put it, “The challenge wasn’t AI access, it was using AI to drive business outcomes.”

THE SOLUTION

A skills-first AI framework built on LinkedIn Learning Career Hub

Keyloop uses LinkedIn Learning Career Hub to give every employee curated, role specific AI upskilling. And alongside the company-wide Copilot rollout and targeted Claude access, Chief People Officer Amy Selway also partnered with the executive team, IT, L&D, and the AI Centre of Excellence to launch a company-wide AI framework built on LinkedIn Learning’s AI Skill Pathways.
