About Deals

Deals allows you to effectively collaborate with your reps on their pipeline using a comprehensive view of Opportunities and Contacts, and visibility into the Buyer Circle.

Key benefits:

  • Real-time visibility into pipeline provides you with the opportunity to conduct productive deal review sessions. Identify potential risks and opportunities, plus understand when to prevent stalling or losing deals.
  • Buyer Circle provides you with visibility into the stakeholders involved in the deal. Hold your reps accountable to building stronger stakeholder relationships. Buyer Circle will help you coach reps on strategies to influence each stakeholder and move the deal forward.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Deals is available to users with a Sales Navigator Team or Enterprise license.
  • Deals is currently compatible with Salesforce Enterprise Edition and above. In Deals, view the same Opportunities and Contacts in your CRM. *Microsoft Dynamics compatibility coming soon.
  • CRM Sync must be enabled by the organization's Sales Navigator Admin to access Deals. Learn more about CRM Sync for Sales Navigator here.
