Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ is the main concert hall for contemporary classical music on the IJ in Amsterdam, Netherlands.The building opened in 2005 and is located above the IJtunnel, a ten-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal station.

• By foot: approx. 15 minutes from Central Station (Amsterdam-Centraal)
• Tram 26, stop 'Muziekgebouw / Bimhuis'
• By car: 5 minutes from the A10 ring road motorway
Arriving from Outside the Amsterdam:
By Plane: Accessing Muziekgebouw from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport can be done via taxi or trains that run regularly throughout the day into Central Station (Amsterdam-Centraal). From Central Station, the Muziekgebouw is within a walking distance of 10 – 15 minutes. Furthermore, the guests can take tram 26, 1 stop to the Muziekgebouw/ Bimhuis. The tram stops right in front of the building and the guests can enter via the Atrium.
By Train: Amsterdam Centraal Station is the largest railway station in Amsterdam in North Holland, Netherlands. From Central Station, the Muziekgebouw is within a walking distance of 10 – 15 minutes. Furthermore, the guests can take tram 26, 1 stop to the Muziekgebouw/ Bimhuis. The tram stops right in front of the building and the guests can enter via the Atrium.
Parking: You can park your car in the Piet Hein Garage which is located under our building and offers direct access to the Muziekgebouw. You can also use Parking Center Oosterdok or P + R Zeeburg.

A good alternative is parking outside the center at P + R Zeeburg. From here you can reach the Muziekgebouw by tram 26 in five to ten minutes. The P + R parking fee depends on the entry time at P + R Zeeburg.

Disabled Access:
The venue has access for guests with disabilities. They would have to enter via the Entrance Hall downstairs. Furthermore the Muziekgebouw has elevators for access to all floors.
