Partnering with HR leaders across all regions Sarah & her team develop talent strategies to address critical talent gaps, build diverse talent pipelines and help the organization assess and select talent for both today’s and tomorrow’s business needs, creating a competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace.

Over her 12 years with Johnson & Johnson, Sarah has worked in a variety of local & regional HR roles, in Australia, Japan & Singapore with experiences including HR strategy, HR business partnering, merger & acquisitions, compensation & benefits management, organization development and design, and talent management. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Asia Pacific, where she built the first Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion strategy, laid the foundations to support the deployment of the new D&I strategy, including setting up Employee Resource Groups, Sponsors and Diversity & Inclusion Councils across Asia Pacific.
