How to get started with Article and Newsletter Ads

Choose your campaign objective

Select either the Brand Awareness, Engagement, or Lead Generation objective. The Lead Generation objective is only compatible with Article Ads and cannot be used for Newsletter Ads at this time.

 

Once you’ve determined which objective and target audience best suits your campaign goal, select “Article and Newsletter Ads” as your ad format type.

Identify long-form content to promote

Leverage your content library to find existing Articles and Newsletter Articles published to your brand’s LinkedIn Page. Choose content that plays to your objective, such as establishing your brand as an industry expert or informing your audience about your organization’s offerings.

To promote long-form content published by your thought leaders, simply search for a LinkedIn member within the content library, find an article post you want to promote, and request the poster’s permission - all through LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager.
