Thank you for your interest in the LinkedIn for Journalists (LIFJ) program. We’re evolving the program to make it more useful, consistent, and sustainable for journalists around the world.
This form is not an application, it simply adds you to our interest list so you can receive updates about upcoming webinars, eligibility, and how to access LinkedIn Premium through the program.
After completing the interest form, if you’re eligible:
- You’ll receive an email invitation when registration opens for our next quarterly training webinar.
Seats are limited, and sessions may fill quickly.
If a session reaches capacity, you’ll be added to a waitlist for the next one.
- Attend the training webinar (live or via replay within 7 days).
Training is required to receive a Premium code.
Sessions are led by LinkedIn product and community experts.
- Receive your Premium Business access
- After confirming eligibility and completing the training requirement, you’ll receive an email with your 12‑month LinkedIn Premium Business code.
The LIFJ program is designed specifically for eligible journalists in editorial roles, including:
- Reporters
- Editors
- Producers
- Columnists
- Investigative journalists
- Freelancers who regularly contribute to verified outlets
Not eligible: roles outside editorial such as marketing, social media, branded content, communications, business development, or employees of information services organizations.
Finally, to ensure benefits reach eligible journalists, a verified LinkedIn profile is required for participation. You can verify your profile at www.linkedin.com/verify.
