Joan Fitzpatrick

Joan Fitzpatrick heads Global Sales Productivity for NetSuite, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based business management software. She leads a team that drives programs and best practices across the sales organization to help Sales Reps most effectively identify and close business. She manages all core productivity platforms and rolled out LinkedIn Sales Navigator in 2012, which makes her an early adopter and influencer of the product. In addition to managing Social Selling, she leads the Master Data Team, Sales References, Referral Programs, Field Events and other key Sales Productivity programs. Prior to this role, Ms. Fitzpatrick held positions in Direct Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Sales Operations.

Ms. Fitzpatrick is a member of the steering committee for WIN (Women in NetSuite) whose initiative is to advance the professional development of women at NetSuite through recruitment, sponsorship, networking, education and advocacy. She is currently the chair of the WIN Mentorship program.
