Having an online presence is a fundamental part of most women’s working lives, yet on average, more women are unfairly subjected to higher levels of abuse and criticism compared to their male peers. As we build an equitable world of work post-pandemic, we must purposefully ensure the voices and perspectives of women are equally represented online.
