Usage Reporting Refresh
Introducing an easier way to analyze usage; new insights - InMail usage and Coach Levels; more filter options, including by group and custom date ranges for charts and exports; filtering-out inactive users on CSV exports, and new column headers to match Account Center. We have changed the way we measure Saved Leads and Saved Accounts to give you a more accurate view of activity levels on a specific day. We anticipate making these changes available to Sales Navigator Team Edition customers in our Q1 Release
Improved Location Search
More precise and accurate location searches, with millions of suggested postal codes, cities, regions, states, and provinces added.
List Search Filters
Apply Account or Lead lists as a filter in Lead Search, making it simpler to identify leads within Account and Lead lists you’ve created or have been shared with you.
Funding Events Spotlight
Narrow down your searches based on Accounts who have raised funding in the last 6 months using the Spotlight feature. Identify the perfect moment for outreach based on the likely growth at an Account who has just raised money.
List Enhancements & Permissions
List Owners will now be able to share Lists with edit permissions so Collaborators can add, remove and comments on Leads or Accounts making it easier than ever for your teams to collaborate and share information in Sales Navigator. List owners will receive real time Alerts when list updates are made.
Home Page Panel
To streamline your workflow and ensure the latest information on your top Accounts isn’t missed, mentioned in the News Alerts will now open into a panel that slides out from the right side of the homepage, allowing you to view the article without leaving Sales Navigator.
Two new Saved Account Alerts: one when your Saved Account has headcount growth, and the second when you have new hires into senior leadership positions at a Saved Account. These alerts will be delivered for all Saved Accounts--no set up is required.
Improved recommendations on who to reach out to first for a warm introduction, using connection strength scores based on a members’ interactions.
Sales Navigator Application Platform (SNAP) Partners
Oracle CX Sales is releasing an update to include insights on Lead records and Account records, complementing insights already available on Contact records.
In early 2020, we will begin a multi-quarter process of transitioning PointDrive to a new solution that is more deeply integrated into Sales Navigator. While these changes will streamline your access to this functionality within the Sales Navigator workflow, the ability to share content among team members will no longer be supported. Customers who have uploaded files to the PointDrive platform should copy them to an alternate location of their choosing in anticipation of the change. If your account is using PointDrive, we will be reaching out with more details no later than November 15, 2019.
