● The #1 most popular course was Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) as people and organisations brushed up on their data management skills to be ready to wrestle with spreadsheets with ease
● Learners leaned into improving communication skills with courses like Communicating with Confidence, Interpersonal Communication and Speaking Confidently and Effectively. A more regular return to the office, or perhaps a look in the job market, has people brushing up on their presentation skills
● The return to the office may also be driving people looking for guidance in structuring their days and navigating working more closely in teams, with courses like 15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary), Critical Thinking for Better Judgement and Decision-Making, Building Resilience, and Effective Listening, among others, also peppering the list throughout
● A standout in the South East Asian learning results was a focus on data and customer service, no doubt reflecting the region’s fast-growing online marketplaces
