Judging criteria: LinkedIn Talent Awards recognizes how organizations understand, engage and develop talent, and how your businesses generate competitive advantage by leveraging LinkedIn's Corporate Solutions. Specifically, our LinkedIn Insights team will analyze the performance, results and impact of more than 1000 companies headquartered in each of the participating countries utilizing LinkedIn Solutions. The LinkedIn Talent Awards finalists are based on performance, results and impact, and are not chosen based on the value of your investment with LinkedIn.

Registration: Registration for LinkedIn Talent Awards is easy. If your company is headquartered in one of our participating countries, and you already use LinkedIn's Corporate Solutions, we will automatically register you.

Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us. For our finalists and winners, we will certainly ask for your approval before publishing any of your information.

● Employer brand engagement on LinkedIn
      - New Followers
      - Average life page views
● Proficiency in Recruiter usage
      - Average team LRI score

LinkedIn reserves the right to extend the finalists and winners deadlines, amend or event delete entire categories. The LinkedIn Talent Awards include corporate companies only. Staffing agencies are not included in Talent Awards selection. All our awards and categories are GDPR compliant.
