Bianca plays at the intersection of storytelling, interactive content and marketing. A journalist and storyteller at heart, Bianca has spent a decade with some of India’s most credible news organizations - NDTV, CNBC & Thomson Reuters – before moving to branded content in 2014.

As the head of Content Marketing at HCL Technologies, a $7 bn global technology company, Bianca oversees all external content initiatives to ensure a consistent global experience of the message, across platforms. She helps conceptualize, activate and map content marketing and thought leadership programs across all business lines to help increase audience interactions with HCL's digital content. Bianca is also responsible for establishing workflows to institutionalize seamless content ideation, creation & integration across the organization.

Previously, Bianca has led the brand publishing and editorial consulting unit – Mediaco – for Weber Shandwick’s India business. Bianca has helped some key G2000 brands institutionalize content publishing and discovery as a core engine of their communications/marketing mix. From 360-degree content strategies to campaign conceptualization to overseeing custom content development, Bianca is skilled in creative editorial excellence in all forms of storytelling.

Prior to that, Bianca was an Anchor & Correspondent with NDTV Profit - India's 2nd largest business news channel. During her 7 years with the broadcaster, Bianca has presented some of the channel’s daily prime-time news shows, and interviewed India's leading corporate leaders & policymakers on events that have given shape to economic and corporate realities in India. Bianca has covered equity markets, corporate news, pharma and healthcare primarily.

Bianca is passionate about storytelling, gender issues and environment. She is a regular speaker at industry events, and guest lectures at media schools on the changing digital newsroom, the business of journalism and the content marketing ecosystem. She is an Executive Council member at the DMAi Content Marketing Council of India, powered by LinkedIn, and an Advisor to the Content Marketing Summit Asia.
