Where can I read the Terms and Conditions for the Australian Agency Influencer Competition 2017 (“Competition”)?

When does the Competition open?
The competition opens on Wednesday 14 June 2017 at 09:00 AEST.

When does the Competition close?
The competition closes on Friday 17 November 2017 at 17:00 AEDT.

When does the registration period open?
The registration period opens on Wednesday 17 May

When does the registration period close?
The registration period closes on Tuesday 13 June

What am I required to do to participate and enter the Competition?
Step 1: Register to be part of the Competition by 13 June 2017 here
Step 2:  Publish content as a long form post on LinkedIn and hashtag it #agencyinfluencer2017. Engage with content on the LinkedIn platform by commenting and sharing. Connect with other LinkedIn members.
Step 3: Regularly check out the leader board on Mumbrella to see how you’re doing
Step 4: Competition closes 17 November

What are the two categories for Agency Influencer 2017?
For the first time, there will be two leader boards and the opportunity for two individuals to win one of two categories:
1. Australian Agency Influencer
2. Australian Newcomer Agency Influencer

Can I register for both categories?
No. You can only register to participate in one category.

Which category should I register to participate in?
You must register based on your years of professional experience. If you have had 5 years and under please register for Australian Newcomer Agency Influencer. If you have 5 years and over, please register for Australian Agency Influencer.

What is the prize?
This year, there are two categories to win:

1. Australian Agency Influencer
2. Australian Newcomer Agency Influencer

The winner of each category will receive:

  • Return flights to New York
  • VIP access to LinkedIn’s New York office
  • Meet the editorial team at LinkedIn New York
  • Exclusive invitation to Agency Influencer Winner’s celebration party

How will the leader board be calculated?
The leader board will be calculated based on a weighted scoring made up of the total number of profile views, new connections, endorsements, post frequency, post page views, post engagements, share frequency, and share engagements over a previous month.

How will LinkedIn share the monthly leader boards?
The monthly leader board will be updated monthly on the content hub on the Mumbrella website.

Who can register to participate in the Competition?

Entry into the Competition is open to all full-time employees of any media agency, creative agency, or marketing agency for the duration of the Competition Period.   

I am currently not employed by an Australian media, marketing or creative agency – can I enter?

No. Entry is only limited to permanent employees of Australian media agencies, marketing agencies or creative agencies provided they are an incorporated entity (not a sole trader).

Is there a cost to register to participate in the competition?

Registration is free and it is free to participate.
