We welcome Lucidchart Sales Solution to the SNAP program, integrating Sales Navigator into their visual org chart and account planning solution, and InsideSales.com released an update with enhanced functionality.

Mentioned in the News Disabled (EU Only)

In February 2019, we removed our Mentioned in the News Alert for members located in the EU.

You may continue to save leads and accounts (corresponding accounts are automatically saved when the lead is saved) to ensure that you continue to receive relevant news alerts on your key accounts.

Old Mobile App Deprecation

Upgrade to the most recent version of the Sales Navigator Mobile Application (iOS and Android) to get up-to-date functionality. Support for previous versions is being discontinued.

Account Center Rollout

The rollout of the new admin experience to manage licenses and permissions has been delayed for a subset of admins. Admins can learn more about this new experience in the Account Center guide.

Microsoft Office 365 Profile Card

This new integration is now available on your Outlook Web Client. Within Microsoft Office 365, you can view a contact's LinkedIn profile, save the contact as a lead or connect with them, see TeamLink connections, and view highlights that can be used as icebreakers.

Sales Navigator for Gmail Extension Update

Ensure that you have the latest version (2.0.6) of the Sales Navigator for Gmail extension installed (the current version number can be viewed via: chrome://extensions). You can learn how to manually update the extension here.
