“The best practices that made our team so successful in 2019 were making sure that our roles were on LinkedIn and creating a strong culture of giving meaningful feedback to our candidates. When candidates receive valuable feedback, whether it is positive or negative, they become promoters of your brand and will look for our company again in the future.”
Alan Rivera | Head of Talent Acquisition | 99/DiDi | 2019 Talent Awards Brazil Winner -
“Our target was not the award itself but having the best people in our team, and LinkedIn has been a really important partner in this evolution. LinkedIn supported us by enabling our hiring managers & recruiters and by helping us build successful content strategies. Our presence on LinkedIn has grown stronger: our Company and Career Pages have been reviewed, and we´ve built a content schedule based on our Employer Branding pillars where we´ve started using our employee´s voices to tell Itaú´s stories.”
Raquel Brandão | People Superintendent | Itaú Unibanco | 2019 Talent Awards Brazil Winner -
“Ultimately, BSG’s success is enabled through growing and engaged people. Our formal partnership with LinkedIn over the last 3 years, has helped us to collaboratively grow our profile and follower-base tenfold, and provide a highly valuable talent-centric gateway and communication channel, allowing BSG to reach the best talent in the market – the people we need to join us so we can meet our business growth aspirations.”
Susan Reis | People Effectiveness Executive | BSG | 2019 Talent Awards Africa Winner -
“LinkedIn is one of the cornerstones of our talent strategy. Using the platform, we’ve created a strong employer brand that showcases our authentic culture and purpose of making people’s lives easier in the communities we serve. By highlighting our people, our purpose, and our values, we’ve been able to create a positive and engaging candidate experience and build high quality talent pipelines. Targeted marketing objectives, strategic business partnerships and a passionate and driven talent acquisition team, have all played major roles in our success reaching top talent in the industry. This has also aided us in growing the Flash Group both locally and globally. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support and insights we received from the LinkedIn team along the way, who have also kept us aligned to an ever evolving talent market.”
Andrea Porter | Talent Acquisition Manager | Flash | 2019 Talent Awards Africa Winner -
