The Talent Awards are a data-driven recognition awarded by LinkedIn to companies based on their utilization of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and activities on the LinkedIn platform.

The 2022 LinkedIn Talent Awards recognize the companies leading the future of work by demonstrating remarkable adaptability, innovation and creativity throughout one of the most challenging years for talent.

The Talent Awards will be in person in select regions and virtual in others. Stay tuned for where we will be joining you live to celebrate Talent Awards 2022.

To be considered for the Talent Awards, a company needs to be using LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and be headquartered in one of the 2022 participating locations.

Yes, your company will automatically be entered into all categories for which its eligible. 

The LinkedIn Insights team examines utilization data among all companies in participating countries with LinkedIn Talent Solutions by looking at factors like engagement, performance, results and impact.
Specific criteria for each category are outlined on your dedicated country page.

We’ll be analyzing data between December 2021 and  December 2022.

The Talent Awards is a free program, and there is no cost for companies to participate.

All finalists will be announced between January and February 2023. If your company is a finalist, you will be notified via communication from the LinkedIn team.

The winners will be revealed in March 2023.
