With the goal of doubling their employee count within a year, Recruiting Manager Jordan Brown is constantly looking for ways to remove roadblocks for Snap! Raise. Previously, Jordan noticed multiple candidates with the same name that were difficult for recruiters to differentiate and risked attributing the correct experience or skills of each candidate.
The Solution
By integrating LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) with their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, Snap! Raise can now view each candidate’s LinkedIn profile from within their ATS. Not only has this process allowed the team to tell the difference between candidates with the same name, but they also have much more clarity over candidates who have applied in the past.
The Results
Simple integration. From start to finish, the simple activation between LinkedIn and Greenhouse (ATS) was completed in roughly 30 seconds.
Candidate verification. Snap! Raise can now review each candidate’s LinkedIn profile within their ATS to better differentiate between applicants with the same name.
Time savings. Since implementing RSC and eliminating their manual input of data from LinkedIn to Greenhouse, the team has experienced a 20% time savings.
