Hiring Assistant is currently in testing with a select group of LinkedIn customers. A broader rollout will begin in late 2025.

Can I choose when to use Hiring Assistant?
Yes. Hiring Assistant will only do the tasks the recruiter wants them to do. Recruiters can choose which projects they want Hiring Assistant to help with and will remain in control throughout the process, from intake to interview. Recruiters will always be in the loop and able to provide feedback at every step, helping Hiring Assistant continuously learn each recruiter's preferences and become more personalized to each recruiter.
