Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
Advanced understanding of finance law and regulatory requirements (e.g. GAAP rules), as well as federal, state, and local tax compliance reporting
5+ years in a senior accounting/leadership role
Professional accounting certification (e.g. CGMA, CFA, or CMA)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of accounting software tools
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
