Previously, Etiya had promoted their employer brand through traditional methods such as career events within universities and their company website careers page, but they found this was more restrictive than expansive. Utilising the Recruiter solution immediately gave Etiya access to thousands of candidates, but there was still a need to enhance their recognition as a top employer in the industry. That’s why they also launched their LinkedIn Life page, showing job searchers exactly what it’s like to work for them through visual media. Dedicated to capturing the true essence of the company, a content and visual analysis was conducted alongside regular meetings with their LinkedIn partners to refine their approach and leverage features effectively.
While LinkedIn Life was a way for Etiya as an organisation to display their ethos and culture, they also encouraged existing employees to become brand ambassadors and share company insights on their own LinkedIn pages. The Recommended Content feature gave staff access to branded templates for job vacancy posts, celebration messages, company updates, and more, making it easier for them to promote their employer and, therefore, boost the company’s credibility.
Now that positive employer experiences and career and development opportunities extended beyond their website, Etiya could reach a much bigger talent pool across diverse geographical locations. With more page visitors and job postings than ever, adopting the “I’m interested” feature was a way of giving recruiters visibility on interested candidates, helping streamline the recruitment process.
