GetGo accelerated hiring through LinkedIn Recruiter

With a mission to make car-sharing more convenient, reliable and flexible, GetGo placed its focus on enhancing their user experience and expanding their fleet while prioritising sustainability. To boost hiring, it adopted LinkedIn Recruiter in 2022.

LinkedIn Recruiter’s comprehensive suite of recruitment tools, including smart recommendations and InMail functions, sped up GetGo’s hiring capabilities and played a crucial role in doubling their workforce within a year. Beyond recruitment, GetGo leveraged LinkedIn to showcase their vibrant company culture through employee spotlights and regular content, resulting in an exponential growth in their LinkedIn followers.

As the company geared up for rapid expansion, it faced difficulties in hiring for niche roles in marketing and tech.
