Businesses post jobs on LinkedIn in different ways depending on how they hire. Some post one role at a time. Others manage job posting across many roles and teams.
Hiring Pro is more than a job post. It's your hiring partner, delivering a shortlist of top candidates for your small business. It helps you at every step of the process — from job post to interview — so hiring feels manageable, even when you don’t have time.

All jobs posted on LinkedIn must have a valid location. A valid location is a city, county, state, territory, or country. For On-site and Hybrid jobs, you'll need to specify a city or metro-region. You can also add a specific job location address. For Remote jobs, you can choose to specify a city, metro, state, or country. Learn more here.
The Jobs tab on your LinkedIn Page allows all members to search for a job with your organization as well as create job alerts for newly posted roles. When you post a job on LinkedIn, your organization’s name must be selected during the posting process to ensure your jobs display on the Jobs tab of your Page.
