Objectives of this role

Skills and qualifications
- Proficient with standard invoicing and billing systems — and spreadsheet technology
- Knowledgeable about standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices
- Has significant experience with productivity suites, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs, with a high degree of aptitude for learning new systems and approaches
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple competing priorities at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at solving complex financial problems in a timely manner
Preferred qualifications
- At least two years of experience in an accounting role at a firm
- Able to diligently handle complex, confidential company information with care
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Competent with at least one financial planning software package
