The carpenter will build stairs and porches, construct walls and beams, and install cabinets, windows, and doors. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, timely, and able to complete projects within budget constraints. They will also be comfortable handling a range of carpentry tools and materials. Other responsibilities include inspecting worksites, keeping work areas clean and secure, ensuring safety on-site and in the workshop, and demonstrating excellence of craft.

Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, doors, and other structures on job sites
 - Use power tools and other equipment for construction and installation
 - Troubleshoot construction issues with project team
 - Ensure all relevant zoning laws, building codes, and workplace safety regulations are followed
 - Attend site scouts and meetings prior to beginning construction
 - Train incoming and junior personnel in job functions
