Digitisation of the workforce is more than just implementing the latest IT systems! To stand out, digital leaders need to engage with clients and suppliers and equip employees with the tools they need for their role. More fundamentally, they need to understand the digital skillsets those employees need, where the gaps are and how to fill them – then integrate that into their talent strategy.
