Grab boosts consistency and collaboration with LinkedIn's New Recruiter and Jobs
Operating throughout Southeast Asia, Grab is a ride-hailing company that has experienced significant growth over the past several years. Martin Warren, Head of Talent Sourcing, wanted to build consistency with Grab’s global sourcing technology and outreach process. LinkedIn’s New Recruiter and Jobs proved critical to building a more structured sourcing approach while enhancing transparency on outreach and improving collaboration across Grab’s recruitment team as they moved to a remote workforce during the global pandemic.

Grab’s international growth challenged their sourcing team to build consistency among recruiters with their technology and outreach to candidates. When the team needed to move their workforce remotely in response to COVID-19, Grab was also challenged to leverage a platform that could enhance collaboration among recruiters.

Martin conducted a series of internal trainings on LinkedIn’s New Recruiter and Jobs to promote team adoption and expand utilization. He quickly discovered that the enhancements made to LinkedIn’s core products helped streamline his team’s workflow and consolidate candidate data. With increased transparency into all candidate outreach, recruiters no longer fear contacting the same candidate as their peers and feel much more confident reaching out.
